Rachel Parker

Award Winning Neurodivergent Social Entrepreneur and Advocate
I provide consultancy and policy development work grounded in evidence based research and lived experience. I have a particular focus on the intersection of neurodivergence and employability.
I work from the social model of disability and believe that the most effective change is led by lived experience.
I believe we can all enjoy a fairer and more inclusive society by working collaboratively to expose and break down the systemic barriers currently faced by neurodivergent people and the wider disabled community.
I work across the third, public and private sectors, including:
-
Funders
-
Local authorities
-
Enterprise agencies
-
Universities and Colleges
-
The neurodivergent community
-
Autistic People's Organisations
-
Disabled led campaigning groups
